Channel 5 TV highlights Mermaids and Pattaya

Special guests on board included The “Highlight Thailand” crew from Channel 5. Host Oar, Kirati Thepthan and the team were highlighting the snorkeling and diving areas around Pattaya. The crew of Mermaids 4 was delighted to take them out for the day and do some activities with them.
Summer Holiday Fun for all
During the Summer School holidays, Regents International School Summer Camp went out on the boat in Samaesan for a fun day of snorkeling. Lots of fun was had by kids of all ages, including staff members.
We also had a lot of local divers completing their courses before heading off on holidays back home. Tourists of all different nationalities took diving courses and fun dived with us. We welcomed our first family from Ethiopia who discovered scuba diving and had such an amazing time.

Team Japan is growing with more divers taking the PADI Rescue Course and signing up for PADI Divemaster Course, keeping Mermaids Japanese CD, Mori very busy.
PADI Milestones reached
Congratulations to all our divers reaching their course certifications, lets help these guys celebrate their milestones.

Social and Fun Times
Social BBQ’s were great fun as always. This month we had the Instructor Examinations on the 8th July and the Saturday Social went Brazilian to celebrate the Football World Cup on the 19th July. Congratulations to all our German Divers around the world.
Mermaids divers took part in the Pattaya Marathon with Mermaids being represented by Sanya, PADI Course Director at our store in Bangkok. Well done all, great achievement.
