Who We Are

Mermaids Dive Center has operated since 1990 in Jomtien Beach, just South of Pattaya, Thailand. Now we feature 2 locations in Pattaya - one in Jomtien Beach and one on Pattaya Beach Road and a new dive shop in Bangkok at Amarin Plaza.

Only 60 km from Bangkok, which makes it very convenient for a weekend away as a diving destination, for taking your dive course or just a dive holiday. Mermaids is the most established Scuba Diving Center in the area and is the first dive center to be awarded the PADI CDC (Career Development Center) status in Pattaya

Daily Dive Trips to Pattaya and Samaesan Coral Islands and Shipwrecks. Thailand is renowned the World over for its breathtaking coastline, exotic, palm tree lined beaches and pristine oceans.

And as anyone who has ever taken a look beneath the waves with the aid of a diver’s mask will tell you, its coastal waters are absolutely teeming with life. Pattaya and Sattahip, where Mermaids have privately owned dive boats, boasts some great corals and wonderful wrecks.

Mermaids operate 4 boats on a daily basis offering you some good choice of Pattaya dive sites and Pattaya wrecks to dive.

With Mermaids Dive Center You can Dive Today with no experience
Discover an exciting introduction to the amazing world of diving in Pattaya.

No Experience is necessary. Simply be guided by one of our very competent dive instructors.

Enjoy 2 great dives after learning the basic skills in the shallows or pool. 

This 1 day dive experience is suitable from age 10 and onwards and upon completion you will receive a PADI certificate and more opportunities to dive to dive to 12 m depth with a PADI Professional.

November 10, 2018 Two dives on the Bremen Wreck. The Bremen was sunk in 1920 and today is sitting on the seabed at around 24 meters. Covered in corals and full of life, this is a great dive to add to your logbook. The wreck is located between Pattaya and Samaesan. Due to the depth, at least PADI Advanced Open Water divers are allowed on this trip.
