Since PADI introduced this rating Russell has been a recipient for 8 consecutive years running. The Platinum status is the highest rating a PADI Course Director can achieve and is held by approximately 65 Course Directors around the world. In the Asia Pacific region there are a handful of Course Directors who have received this rating for 8 consecutive years.
